6 Things to do with Dryer Sheets

Need to clean something? Untangle thread? Keep bugs away while camping? Enter the ever-useful, multitasking dryer sheet. Here are some non-clothing related tasks these little beauties work wonders for:

1) Polish bath and kitchen fixtures. Dryer sheets cut right through grime and leave faucets sparkling.

2) Pet hair removal. Simply swipe a sheet across furniture to pick up pet hair and lint.

3) Clean your tub! These sheets cut right through soap scum, even on the most stubborn of tubs. They make a great pre-clean treatment.

4) Dusting. Grab a sheet and get to work on places where dust really sticks, like blinds, ceiling fans, and baseboards. It comes right off!

5) Remove paint. Soak your paintbrushes in warm water, soap, and a dryer sheet to make the paint come off more easily.

6) Camping or storage. Pop a few dryer sheets anywhere you don't want bugs to be -- like your tent, sleeping back, or that box of Christmas decorations that goes unused for 320 days each year. The sheets keep bugs out.
