Be a Real-Life Medicine Cabinet

There's nothing wrong with being prepared, and I've

There's nothing wrong with being prepared, and I've always been known for being a walking, talking pharmacy. Growing up with bad allergies and frequent sports injuries, headaches and klutz-related boo-boos, I learned early on that you've got to have stuff around the house to treat yourself. In college, my roommates would laugh at my giant plastic tub full of over-the-counter remedies, first aid kits and vitamins. They could laugh all they wanted, because it was always me they came running to when they caught a cold, had a stomach ache, or needed a bandage. Now, I still keep a giant tub of medical stuff in my house, and people still poke fun. Be prepared and you'll never find yourself running to the drugstore for something at 2am when you're feeling crummy.
