Chicken Pot Pie- Use Self-Rising Flour

This is a good for a quick pot pie.  TIP: Make sure you use self-rising flour or it will be a flop.  Been there, done that. 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can chicken broth 1 bag mixed vegetables 4 chicken thigh quarters, cooked (can use chicken breast) 1 cup self-rising flour 1 cup milk 1 stick butter, melted Mix soup, broth and veggies.  Chop chicken into bite size pieces and add to mixtures.  Stir.  Put in greased casserole dish.  Mix remaining ingredients well and pour over casserole.  Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
