Great way to destress after a long or hard day (and good exercise depending on how long you do it). Warm up, stretch it out, and dance to your favorite songs. Do it for at least 30 minutes and work up a great sweat. Make up your own dance moves and dance in the dark.

Just don't forget to take breaks for water if you need to!
