How To Properly Sit During A Spin Class

Add to TipFile

One mistake I often see people making during indoor cycling workouts is slouching or putting too much weight on the handlebars. Whether you are sitting or standing, make sure that your shoulders are down from your ears and your shoulder blades are pulled together. This will open up your chest, making it easier to breathe. Pull your abs in, they should be holding you up, not the handlebars. This will give you a better workout and a stronger core!

Tip comes to you from my sister, Laura; a certified spin instructor in the Santa Rosa, CA area!
