Stuck somewhere between meals, and need something to get you through? Here are a few easy snacks that are energizing and good for you at the same time:

1. Nuts!
Try almonds, as they are a natural appetite depressant and will leave you feeling full and satisfied. Try a handful with a glass of water. Also, go for the plain old unsalted nuts if you can. Some of the flavored kinds have enough sodium to rival a Whopper.

2. Seeds!
That's right, grab a bag of sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds, and keep yourself busy spitting the shells into an old Big Gulp cup. Just make sure not to drop the cup or spill it on your desk....

3. Dried fruits and veggies!
My girlfriend recently started making sriracha kale chips, and they are my new favorite thing. And very healthy! Also try grabbing a bag of dried banana chips or any other dried fruit. Just don't overeat, some of them are loaded with sugar!
