Is there a gym really close to your office, maybe within walking distance? Is there a small workout area in your actual office building? Usually, the answer to one (or both) of these questions is "yes." After work, spend the time you'd usually be sitting in rush-hour traffic going to a nearby gym instead. Your drive home will be much faster, you'll be more energized, and you won't have to complain about "not having time to get to the gym" later.
