When working at retail jobs like Macy’s, JC Penny’s, Marshall’s and T.J. Maxx employees deal with many different types of people. T.J. Maxx Front-End Sales Coordinator Victoria Jones gives a quick tip to deal with unbearable customers.
“Always keep your composure and remember that this is a job. There have been many rude customers in my line. People have yelled and said some rude things to me but I always remembered that this is my job,” said Jones.
Victoria Jones tries to also remember that she is not the reason for their anger; she remains polite and professional at all times.
