You can save your expensive herbs by freezing them in O.O.

A tiny package of herbs at the store is so expensive, I am always throwing out the last few leaves, but i am saving so many now by washing, drying, and chopping them up, then freezing them in a puddle of olive oil. I use my mini muffin tin, so they pop out in little discs, then I put them in a left over plastic container (re-purposed from lunch meat) and keep the little discs frozen until I need them for cooking. Then I start again with the next herb and refill the tray, freeze, pop out, etc.
