But you can calm them a little longer. Maybe try some dark chocolate (Hershey’s Dark comes to mind). The taste lingers longer and it tends to be more satisfying that milk chocolate. After a couple of pieces you won’t want any more for a while! And hey, there’s that whole better nutritional value thing too!
