Using stuff I had around the house, and some ideas I saw on TipMine, I made these fall themed luminaries out of mason jars. Mix some food coloring with Modpodge (the only thing I had to buy!) and coat the inside of your jar. Let the excess drain out, then bake for 20 mins at "warm." Then I collected leaves, wine corks (which I had plenty of!) and some battery powered candles to finish the look. A little wire made the handles. These look so nice on the window sill on these dark cool nights, and the "candles" should last about a month if I burn them for 3-4 hours per night. That is cheaper than a wax candle.
