Lately, I’ve been experimenting with posting on Facebook, and one thing I’ve realized is that timing really does matter more than we think. Facebook’s feed is so crowded that even a great post can disappear fast if it doesn’t catch attention right away.

From what I’ve seen (and also what others are noticing this year), mornings seem to be the magic window. Posting between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m. gives content the best chance to be noticed, since people usually check their phones after waking up or during coffee breaks.
Mondays feel alive between 9–12 a.m.
Tuesdays and Thursdays work well around 8–12 a.m.
Wednesdays are interesting — mornings are good, but I’ve also seen a second boost around 3 p.m.
Fridays? Keep it light. A friendly post at 9 a.m. fits the weekend mood.
Weekends are slower, but 9 a.m. still gives a little visibility.
On the other hand, late nights and mid-afternoon hours often feel like shouting into the void. I’ve learned the hard way that posts around those times barely move.
Of course, every audience is different. What works for me might not work for you — so I’d say, test it out, watch when people interact with your work, and shape your own rhythm.
At the end of the day, the best “time” is whenever you feel ready to share something meaningful. Timing helps, but authenticity wins.
