Going out that one day for lunch wasn't a big deal, right? Neither was getting that quick burrito or sub sandwich. Or that burger and fries. Or that ice cream to go because it's so hot in the office. OK you get the point, people eat out a lot over lunch, much more than they realize. Every once in awhile is OK, but that's it. Bringing your own lunch makes it easy to pack healthy things like fruits and vegetables. It doesn't have to be complicated, just take leftovers from dinner the night before. Always have a water bottle with you, and try to keep your lunch in the refrigerator so you aren't snacking all day.
