Hold Your Breath to Unplug Your Nose


Being stuffed up, whether it’s from allergies, a cold, or sinus congestion, is such an annoyance! If you’re really stuffy and nothing seems to be working, try holding your breath. Holding your breath a few times in a row opens your nasal passages, and you might even hear your sinuses click or pop a bit. Your nose will unplug and stay that way for at least 15 minutes (long enough to fall asleep, or at least enjoy a little relief).
