How to Be a Dodgeball Champion

Alright, we're all adults here. And we still play dodgeball. Follow these tips to bring your team to the championship.

1. Stay aware. It's easy to zone in on one person on the opposite team, whom you're trying to tag out. However, that's when you're most vulnerable and another person can zone in on you. Keep aware of the entire court at all times.

2. Learn to catch. When a ball is thrown at you from the opposite team, and you catch it, the person who threw the ball is not only out, but you get to bring in another body onto your own team. It's a "double-whammy." So, even if you're not a good thrower but your learn to catch, you will be a very valuable member to your team.

3. Throw in synch. Work with your team members to throw at the same person at the same time - it's harder for them to dodge the ball at that moment.
