Yes it's summer which means the barbecue you haven't used in months is welcomed back in to the garden. Here's how to clean it. Take the grill plate and leave in a sink with a mixture of bleach and water. After leaving to soak for a while, (with THICK gloves) begin to scrub each and every plate with a scourer to remove any leftover burnt fat stuck to it. Rinse clean and leave to dry. While it is drying remove your old charcoal from the inside of the barbecue and replace it with new charcoal. Now once the grill plate has dried your barbecue should be good to go!
