Losing the TV remote, the DVD player remote, the cable remote...all frustrating, especially when you just got comfy. Okay, it might be best to get up off your tooshie and find it, but let's be honest, you're really, really comfortable.
Try this: use Velcro on the underside of the table where your remotes are supposed to be put away (side table, coffee table, etc.). Put Velcro on the remotes, too. When you're done using the remote, stick it to the table -- you can even be really sneaky and stick the remotes to the underside of the table, thus giving the illusion of a cleaner living room.
