1. Make a plan during dead week or before. When you will study for which test/write which paper etc. and how long you will need to prepare for each class.
2. Cook ahead of time and make a meal plan. For many students when they are stressed eating well and sleeping are the first to go. When your body doesn't get proper nutrition and sleep it doesn't function as well as it would otherwise. Take care of yourself and studying will be easier because you will feel better and be more alert!
3. Take time to workout. This alleviates stress and helps you to get rid of the nervous energy that builds up around finals time.
4. Get a good nights sleep and eat a good meal before each final. It really does make a difference!
