Take an 8 ounce tub of whipped cream.
Mix in about 10 diced strawberries (that's cut in cubes, though this isn't a requirement) into a bowl.
Take 1 graham cracker and pile on the whipped cream (as much as you want) and place another graham cracker on top.
Freeze for at least an hour.
Result: a low calorie ice-cream sandwich-like treat!
