Plan Time to Worry Each Day


If you are a worrier, chances are worry

If you are a worrier, chances are worry takes up a lot of your time. Instead of worrying all day, set aside time each day to think through what you are worried about and how you can deal with those worries. Once you have thought through them and made a plan for how to approach them you can let them go and move on with your day. Worrying doesn't help you unless you do something about the things that are bothering you!
