Post-Run Drink (that is probably in your fridge)


Most athletic drinks and protein shakes have a 2 to 1 carb to protein ratio.  So does chocolate milk.  In college and can't afford all those fancy drinks?  Pick up some 2% or skim chocolate milk.  Just one glass is enough after a run to make you feel great!
