Remove Salt Stains from Shoes

One of the more obnoxious aspects of winter

One of the more obnoxious aspects of winter is that your shoes get covered in white residue from the salt that’s all over the roads. To solve this pesky, cold-weather problem, dip a washcloth in white vinegar and gently buff the shoes until the stains disappear. If the shoes are suede, dip a suede brush on vinegar and brush gently for the same results.
