I replace plain low-fat Greek yogurt for heavy cream in lots of recipes. The dairy still tenderizes meats and adds creamy texture and flavor to things like alfredo and marinara sauces, but the yogurt is virtually fat-free and has tons of protein to fill you up without losing flavor.
