Super Bowl Dip & Tortillas

I heard this recipe on the radio one

I heard this recipe on the radio one day when I was on my way to the grocery store.  Needless to say, I bought all the stuff and made it for the Super Bowl game in 2006.  I really like it because corn is my favorite food (well, my maiden name is Corn-ett so it only makes sense).  You can't tell it is corn, it just adds a sweetness to it.. 8 ounces package cream cheese, softened 10 ounces box frozen white shoepeg corn in butter sauce Jalapeno peppers or yellow bell peppers, chopped to taste Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for about 20-30 minutes til warm through.  Serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
