How to Keep Dough From Sticking to The Pan

When making a yeast dough that requires rising, there are certain tricks to make sure it doesn't get globby and stick to the bowl it's rising in. This tip works with any dough recipe that uses yeast and requires rising. Put the formed dough into a bowl that has been sprayed with nonstick spray, such as Pam. Preheat your oven to 150 degrees F, turn it off, then put a pan of very warm water in the bottom of the oven to keep the space moist. Place your dough, covered with a thin dish cloth in the warm oven above the pan of water. Your dough should rise nicely and then "turn out" perfectly from the greased bowl.
