Writing in a spiral-bound notebook can be a challenge for left-handers; the spiral gets in the way of your arm and forces your wrist into a weird position. If you can't get around using a spiral notebook, try this: turn the notebook over and use it from back to front. Weird? Maybe. But you won't have to deal with that pesky spiral.
