Here is a great way to start being on time (or even early) when you are always running behind schedule. Set your clock ahead 15 minutes. It is that simple.

Now, you might be thinking, "well I will only remember that it is 15 minutes ahead." Well that might likely be, BUT when you are in a rush and glance at the clock your mind automatically goes into hurry mode because you think you are late (or running late). However, by the time you have hurried yourself along and gotten to your destination, only then will you remember that your clock is set ahead.

This worked for me every morning when I had 8 a.m. classes. I never remembered the clock was 15 minutes ahead until I had arrived to class and there were only a few people there. I was early. This simple method works. Try it!
