What is involved in a home inspection?

The assessment begins outside. Starting at the top with a analysis of the roofing system and working our way to the basement. Once inside we begin in the basement and work our way to the roof following a formal process.

The systems to be evaluated include the roof, exterior, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, structure, interior and the insulation. Function, safety and efficiency provide the criteria of evaluation for each system.
