Bored with your workout on the bike at the gym? Put your music on shuffle and change your tempo and gear to match the beat of the song! Slower beats can be a long standing hill with increases in resistance. Faster, uptempo songs can be seated endurance where you hold the same rpm for the whole song. Lots of songs speed up during the chorus and those would be great for sprints. Switch up your activity with each song and the workout will fly by!
